This blog is on a break for now because I have lacked the motivation to continue it in the current form. How ever there are some new plans bubbling under so the blog will most likely return sooner or later with new style and concept. Also the name and address are likely to change, mostly because I do have a new, better name in mind already. But for now the quiet time will continue.

S was in the gandparents/aunt day-care for the whole day on Sunday. She really loves her grandpa (my dad) and when me and S where taking photos about stuff she decided she didn't want to push the button on the camera but she went and huged him. It was absolutely a perfect moment and even tough this photo is pretty blurry I still love it. And what can I say, all us girls in my family love my dad.

It is great but still kinda weird. I'm used to seeing the bikes from my window and they have earlier been just the normal bit boring type of bikes. How ever a while ago there was three colorful bikes (green, red and yellow) next to each other (see earlier photo) and after that there has been more and more and more. Now they really look like a rainbow!

Even tough I made already one post for this day I had to do an otherone too. These pictures I took of a really interesting artwork about ponies. It had all these pony related things hanged to a tree, those ponies cut from thick plastic and these nameplates atatched to the ground. I rally loved it!
But the thing is that I visited the place again week later and it was all gone... Also the cool floting heart thing in the river was gone.

päivityksiä ja muutoksia / updates & changes

Olen pudonnut päivitysten kanssa pahasti jälkeen ,mutta päivittelen nyt sitten urakalla blogin kiinni tähän päiväivään lähipäivinä (uudet kuvat löytyvät siis väliltä 4.4.-syyskuu).

Lisäksi on tarkoitus muokata blogia vähän. Ensinnäkin koska allekirjoittaneella on nykyään useampia ulkomaisia kavereita, niin päätin kääntää blogin pääasiassa englannin kieliseksi. Luultavasti kuitenkin välillä tulee edelleen suomeakin. Toinen muutos on, että ajattelin luopua pelkkä kuva linjasta ja jatkossa kirjoittaa myös muutamia lauseita kuvista/päivistä aina silloin kun se tuntuu tarpeelliselta. Saatan myös käsitellä kuvia ihan vähän, mutta tuskin kovin paljoa. Muutoin pyrin pitämään blogin samoilla linjoilla kuin ennenkin ja tsempata taas päivitystahdissa.

I'll be updating a lot the following few days to cach up the gap between today and the last update. (New photos between 4.4. and Sebtember.)

I'll also do some changes in the blog: For one I'll start to use English as the main language in the blog to make it easier for those who do not know Finnish. Some Finnish might still be found time to time. I'll also give up with the strict "just picture" style I have had and will in future also write few lines of the pictures when I feel like it. I might also edit the pictures littlebit if I feel the need. Other wise the blog will stay the same and I try to upload more frequently.

In the morning, after a night in a club, most of the people felt quite tired and wanted to sleep late before hitting the castle but not me. I took an early start and went to the Jewish quarters to see the Pinkas synagogue and the old Jewish semetary. Pinkas made me rather sad and it still makes me confused how someone can think it is ok to try to kill a whole "race". The semetary was beautiful.

On Saturday we went sight seeing again. We walked around and by the river Vltava we saw mysterious yellow penguins. We didn't know where they were coming from and where they were on their way. Maybe they were looking for the heroic seelion Gaston.

On Friday we were almost all there and to escape the heat of the city we took the train and went to see Castle Karlštejn. It was beautiful and afterwards we walked to an artificial lake and through a magical forest to Serbia (Srbsko).

The first day M and S were still working so we went sight seeing and took part to Sandemans New Europe tour. We stopped to Bohemian Bagle for a break and had some great cheesecake and bagles. Afterwards we waited outside for the tour to continue.
